Jacqui Leggett is so thrilled to be sharing her love of art with students at Mountain Peak. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Art Education from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, concentrating in her favorite subjects: drawing, painting and art history. After an amazing three years of teaching art to K-8 in Glendale, AZ, she decided it was time to earn a Master's in Art Education from Arizona State University. For the last few years, Jacqui has worked in a variety of educational environments, including museums, teaching after school art lessons, and most recently, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. She is very excited to get back into the elementary classroom to make beautiful art with students! Outside of school, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, snowboarding, reading, cooking and making art.
